Trial Prep Series

For those of you planning to enter ANKC Scentwork Trials, or other fun Scentwork Events organised by CASSA. Whether you are thinking about it in the future, or just looking to improve skills and keep training, these classes are for you!

Each 4-week course focuses on very specific skills, and are designed to cover all the elements (Containers-Interiors-Exteriors-Vehicles) and different Classes

We will work on steps that will help you complete trial-like searches, mimicking the environment and with distractions. You will learn how to enter and exit a search area, you will learn about the rules, leash handling, odour pooling.

Week 4 all the Teams will actually test their skill in a Mock Trial with a qualifying certificate and placement rosettes!

**Oil Starter Kits available for purchase on site $20/ea and they contain an oil sample, Mylar odour proof bags, q-tips, various vessels (centrifuge tubes and magnet tins)
